Yo! diet guru's

How is this to bulk: off gear

meal 1: 2 cups corn flakes, 1 serv of milk 6:00 am
1 serv water mixed with 1 scoop ON egg protein. = 7 egg whites!


meal 2: 10 oz OJ/ 2 scoop ON whey protein 9:00
2 serv of pecans 1/2 cup
2 serv of either vanilla waffers, or watermellon.

meal 3: 2 chicken cutlets fried in extra virgin olive oil ,romaine lettuce, dressing, black olives mixed. 12:00PM
2 serv raisins
2 serv water

half of a Bonanza bar 250 cal/15 protein/30 carb 3:30pm

pre-workout: ON 1 scoop whey,cranberry juice,and M5 cellucor creatine.
during workout: 40 oz water.
meal 4:post-workout: 10 Oz water , ON 2 scoop whey, M5 cellucor creatine.
2 serv pecans
2 serv of either vanilla waffers or watermellon.

meal 5: 2 serv flounder fried in extra virgin olive oil 7:30pm
2 serv water
mashed potatoes (processed)
1-2 serv sweet corn or corn (canned)

half of Bonanza bar 250cal/15 protein/30 carb 8:30pm

meal 6: tuna fish on wheat bread mayo,black pepper, pickle 9:30-10:00.

snack: ?? time ??

I will add to meals as weight increases.
goal is to go from 165lbs to 185lbs then maintain for awhile then up to 195lbs.

OK, i revised my meals I mainly changed the protein and added some high glycemic carbs to mid morning and PW. can you elaborate and tell me what you think of it now.
asking for help. off gear, only using cellucor M5 creatine which is awesome!

You make things so complicated and your problem is a lack of consistency. YOU HAVE TO DO THINGS DAY IN AND DAY OUT AND NOT GIVE UP AFTER A WEEK!!!!

This is very apparent from all of your posts!!

For you i'd stick to 5 meals and make them so damn simple you can't f*ck it up.

Get yourself about 3,500 kcals / day. EVERY DAY!!

That should equate to about 300g Protein, 450g Carbs, + 50g Fat.

If you can't grow off of that then take up Golf.
 
Spread your meals out every 3 1/2 hours

Divide up your Macro's Fairly Evenly throughout the day.

Train 4x / week and do about 20 min of Cardio 3x / week in the morning.

Stick with Whole Protein Sources + Complex Carbs and trace fats from animal sources and a few EFA's.

tell me if you think this makes sense for muscle growth/diet for ectomorphs.

meal 1: morning
2 serv of (cereal,oatmeal,bagels, etc.) Cereal -corn flakes
3 serv of (eggs,yogurt,cottage cheese, etc.) ON egg protein
2 serv of (milk,juice,water,etc.) milk,water

meal 2: mid morning
2 serv of a high carb, high protein shake ON whey, watermellon
2 serv of (macadamias,pecans,PB, etc.) pecans

meal 3: noon
2 serv of (chicken,beef,fish, etc.) chicken
2 serv of moderate glycemic carbohydrates raisins
2 serv of (milk,water, etc.) water

PRE-workout:
protein, creatine

40 oz water during workout

meal 4: PW
2 serv of high carb,high protein shake ON whey, watermellon
2 serv (macadamia,pecans,PB, etc.) pecans

meal 5: evening
2 serv of (chicken,beef,fish, etc.) flounder
2 serv of (moderate glycemic carbohydrates. whiterice or brownrice or corn
2 serv of (milk,water, etc.) water

meal 6: can of tuna on wheat bread

dont need golf, I can grow I was up to 187lbs but got lazy and didnt maintain, but just want to have a mainly clean diet to grow this time, I already gained 3 lbs before I switched to this diet, i just want to change it up. you still refer to old posts but I learned alot since then. if you want me to pay let me know otherwise tell me what you think of this diet post. I thought we were cool

Sorry if i offended you rook; in a roundabout way i was trying to say that you could've PM'ed dirk if you only wanted his advice- by putting his name on the title you really limited the response you will get. There are many, many other "diet gurus" on this board who can help as well as dirk, so next time you might want to open up your diet to criticism by everyone, not just one person. "Yo! diet gurus" might have been a better title. On second thought, we are on the internet, and shouting won't do you any good, so "Yo, Diet gurus?" would be even better. Just trying to help you make your queries more productive. Good luck and check your PM's.

ok, so no nuts PW. but you agree with the rest ?
and can you explain why no nuts PW, what is the reason behind it. if it because of 40 grms of fat for 2 serv of pecans , I figured my metabolism burns off anyway hence ectomorph. are you just signing it off to be done with this thread or you really agree.
 
I personally think your making this to tough on yourself - And the fat PW slows down the digestion of your carbs and protein.

I'm going out on a limb here and saying you don't have a "fast" metabolism, and your real problem is a lack of consistent nutrition throughout the day. This all to often the case with people to "claim" to be ectomorphs. To be pure ectomorphic is really not that common. If you were able to get up to 187 then again its a lack of consistency.
 
and do you agree with the rest? not lack of consitency but cleaner diet last time at 187 looked good and felt great but blood test were not excellent. triglycerides high, glucose high, cholesterol high. but now all normal range and want to stay that way and get back to 187 with clean diet like this. do you agree with this diet for growth?

another thing are the sugar in rasins good since its natural, 29grms 1/4 cup and take in 1/2 cup a day. compared to I guess fake sugar like in candy. know what i mean.
