I know this isn't the appropriate section for this topic, but this seems to be where we all get our answers, and share our experiences..

I came across something that's rather new to me but older news in research and mental health..

I'm very interested in this topic concerning "yoga for the brain"...Does anyone have an concrete evidence that can support this, or experience with this exercise? I admit I know NOTHING about it, and I been researching it all day.. Seems rather interesting!

Can it really improve brain function, and make you smarter?!?!

Oh damn! I guess I'll be the guinny pig then. Of course it won't help you any if it works..lol. I don't see y u can't just hold your ear pressure points with same side hands?

Deff try it and keep us posted... I agree with the same side thing.. but im pondering if thats because of cross signaling and stimulation?!?!? of maybe put clips on my ears and cross my arms??

I've done hot yoga before when I used to play hockey. It definitely helped with flexibility and helped relax the mind. Similar to meditation, it just helps relieve stress and relax your muscles.

This is a little different then the real yoga.. its just a title... check out the vid.. its wild!

While I do know there's something to pressure points as our nervous system does branch out all over our body (the feet are actually very dense in these endings), and I can see how it would cause some confusion to the brain doing this exercise - I'm a bit skeptical that there's a quantitative (measurable) difference.

Unfortunately, my chest prevents me from being able to do it though, so I can't confirm either. :(

Exactly, I just can't get around how this is the breakthrough that we been waiting for.. that's a perfect word "skeptical"..

My wife seen me attempting to grab my ears, she looked at me like I was specially...I just gave up and acted like it never happened
