yes and no, meaning it won't hurt, but yogurt is considered to be a slow digesting carb, and it only has about 25g of sugar when flavored which is not enough to promote a good insulin spike. Post w/o you probaly want at least 60g of a fast digesting simple sugar such as dextrose and about 40g of protein, I don't know your weight so i can't give you specifics. you can by pure dextrose by the pound for cheap or drink a 32oz gatorade consume within 30 min of completing wo and eat a whole meal about an hour later
