You gym routine while on cycle?

Hey mates was just trying to see everyones own scenarios on how they workout while on cycle. I know with cycle you have a better recovery so you can hit certain body parts twice a week n such.

So whats your gym routine while being on? Hit bodyparts once a week? How many sets per body part Twice a week? etc.. stuff

mine is 4 day split Mon-Tues and Thur-Friday
Monday-Chest/Triceps with cardio
Tuesday- Back/Biceps with 2 sets of wrist and ab exercise
Thursday- Legs with 2 sets of ab exercises and cardio
Friday- Shoulders with 2 wrist exercises
