The half-life is two-hours if I recall correctly. Waiting two hours after administration is better than no administration.

It was for me on 500mg test per week. I had a blood draw about three weeks after my last dose and had a 750 total test level. However, as an added precaution, I would normally dosed the day before the draw, but I postponed this until after the draw.

Another option is not pinning for two weeks after your cycle ends and then resume your normal dosing. This way you get two "free" weeks of TRT and you will not have to reschedule your appointment.
