Hey bros, on chest day do you do your cuff work before you hit chest or after? I enjoy doing my cuff work first to warm up my shoulders but I was kind of worried about over fatiuging the cuff by working it before chest and having a bigger chance of cuff injury. Thanks in advance.

Hey bros, looking for some exercises to increase the thickness of my neck. I think that my neck is a little out of porportion to my shoulders and traps. In other words it seems skinny and I would like to try to thicken it. Thanks.
My usual back routine is 3 working sets of deadlifts, 3 sets of dumbbell rows and 3 sets of hyperextensions. Just curious if you think this is enough, sometimes I feel like I am cheating my back even though I hit it hard and am pretty tired when through. I was thinking of adding barball rows...
