I pin on Mon and Thurs...space the days you pin out evenly to keep blood levels even. I wouldn't split capsules...I would just take one 20mg capsule in the AM and one pre-workout. If you workout in the AM, then take one pre-workout and the other in the PM...just try to keep the dose even through the day.

IMO, no. I am doing 600mg for my first cycle.
