hi im new to this but i hv recently started to take winstrol depot and test propinate however i dont really know how much i should be takeing dosage wise. im 5'4 128lbs and 26 yrs old im in really good shape but want to get leaner and put on mass and not look just thick in size but big and ripped in size so if u could please guide me in the direction i should be going to
