I tried letro and nolva course before surgery with consultation with my endo.
I will say it definitely reduces the size of gyno and make it softer but it failed to completely remove it.
Well but I am not allowed to hit the gym for at least 3 weeks.
I think this is normal process and chest will go through lot of changes in this 3 weeks so I should wait for 3 weeks before jumping to conclusion.
Update: I saw my chest for the first time after surgery today. Its looking crushed and my right nipple also looking weird. But doc says it will come around with time.
Got discharge from hospital yesterday. Currently can't do anything but just to lie down whole day.
Finally through with surgery.
I am still in hospital currently. To be honest I don't have any idea what's condition their under bandage but chest looks totally flat like I never ever had lol.
My surgery was done under full anesthesia so I felt nothing. Doc said it was successful.
Lastly he has...
Ya they are big for sure lol. :elephant:
But doc said its not worst case gyno as most part is just fat and gland development is limited.
Thanx man. I need that.
In my case, the gland is under the nipple size of big coin and lot of fat around periphery but no gland there. Doc says he will do lipo to remove fat and will remove entire gland.
After carrying them with me for many years now finally going for surgery next week.
I am just bit worried that how things will transpire. I can't even imagine how will I look without them lol.
I just hope I will be satisfied after surgery.
Very well then. I found you in similar situation as I was so replied. Will get out of this thread now.
Btw 100 kg and bulking doesn't sound very intelligent plan either. :)
Yes you are correct. Your test levels are low. At your age you should be at the higher side of normal range (600+) while yours barely qualify in the normal range.
Your weight 100 kg is too much for your height and age.
You should concentrate on Losing fat more.
Do cardio 5 days or 6 days a week after your workout and get your diet in check.
