Gyno surgery

I took steroids (2 month sus 250) ten years ago without any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and developed a mild case of gyno. Have never took anything for it. Is it still possible to take letro to reverse it or is it way to late?

Also I wanted to know if I did get surgery and did another cycle is it possible to get gyno again or is it gone forever if the remove all the gland?

oinly way to get rid of gyno is to have surgery however letro can reduce the size of the lump but only real way is to have surgery

I tried letro and nolva course before surgery with consultation with my endo.
I will say it definitely reduces the size of gyno and make it softer but it failed to completely remove it.

Thanks for the info I want to take some letro until i can get the surgery next year. Is it better if I take it on a cycle or off cycle? Does it reduce make lose muscle weight if you take it off cycle? And does it affectperformance in the gym if taken off cycle?

Letro has sozme bad sides... Achy joints can crush libdo

nothing had crashed my libido, until letro it was literally none.for me it stopped the gyno from progressing but its still there
