I am into squats and deadlift lately..I found them the bestoverall compound movement. I used to hate them before but in the last 6 months they relly made a difference inmy training..

I used to be a 6 pack guy or almost but I had to be quite skiny in order to get those abs out...Now I am bigger but less abs..Chicks did me better as a bigger guy.

I hear you bro..I am sure that you heard that cardio and diet is the real deal, but I must add that good abs workout routine can be the missing link towards a flat ab, namely weighted abs exercises.
Abs should be worked like every other muscle...2 -3 times a week would be suffice!
Best exercise for the stuborned lower abs are the incline weighted abs.
Also leg raises with a weight attached to your ankle is a good one.
