little update, started taking 2.5mg of letro a day for 3 days now, large lump seems to be calming down, but too early to tell.

you're good to go, the white cap shouldn't go back on, and if you look at the white cap there should be a little peice of metal roughly the same size of the rubber hole.

I haven't cycled for 1.5 years, had a couple gyno issues while cycling but always took care of it with letro asap. lately I started drinking again(not heavy, once a week) and BAM, nipps got sore as hell and a pee sized lump grew under one nip and a cherry tomato sized lump grew under the other...
