Orals with or without meals?!?!

Just wondering what people's thoughts are on taking orals with meals or on an empty stomach. as we all know, some medications recommend taking with meals or without, would like to hear some opinions.

if you train proportionaly of your diet and medication you can't miss your goal.

Depends on what it is. Meds yeah...oral steroids..I tend to take them on an empty stomach for the sole purpose of faster absorption to get them into the bloodstream quicker. I've personally never had any stomach issues from Dbol, Tbol, or Var

I've read that they absorb well if you eat a fat/carb meal after taken? Correct me if wrong....

I always found empty is the way to go, Then a solid meal 30-45 min later.

that is how I was taking it, I would take it on a empty stomach, do 35 min of cardio then eat.

I read on webMD that something like "anavar CAN be taken with food or milk if it upsets the stomach", leading me to beleive you should take it on an empty stomach but if you need to you can take it with food

you are all right, it comes down to preferance, i munch on mine on e, 20 mins later a sports drink then the gym.

have read in articles that it is best to take on empty stomach for bioavalibility and you can chew them up a little for quicker absorbtion

dont know if i was just sick but the first time i took var on an empty stomach i puked uncontrolably. i ate something and then took it and i was ok.
