animal pacs taste disgusting and is really hard to swallow, takes like 3 glasses of water. But thats just my opionion. :) on a good note they are good products if you can find a good price

I couldnt tell if it was from the t3 or the clen..because every time I take them together. But i took it before i went to bed too cuz of the drowsiness :) good luck
