if you go back down to hrt doses, thus never totally off, you would not require PCT, and yes HPTA is shut down, but is recommended one is always on HCG and HRT ..

if you know your blood is getting tested, when do u drop back down to HRT levels? and what do your cycles look like, dose and length? is there drugs (ie EQ) that DONT increase test levels thus no need to stop for blood test... id prefer real world answers, ie someone that was on and tested OK...
