Hey Guys can you help me out on this I am helping my friend who is 5'9 295 he has been in the gym for about 2 month on his own now but I am taking him over to train him. Can one of you send me over your routines so I can get him on a good starting point. thanks
I wanted to see if anyone has a great routine for someone who is very over weight I have him dieting and he has been working out on his own only really doing cardio. He is about 80 lbs over weight. I know he is no where near being ready to jump into my routine. So i am open to ideas. Thanks
Just to add one plus to this I have 2 herniated discs is my lower back and have been to chiropractors which didnt work and have tried Physical theropy I have started site injections (epidurals) from my pain mgnt doctor I am on my 3rd shot and have felt a huge difference so far. Hope this helps...

I am going to run it for 8 weeks I'm now at week 4 I have a very short fuse from this stuff it has helped a bit I'm going to start running it with test now and just contine with the test from the 8th week on.
