I am running a cycle of Test only (500mg/wk) My knee has a sharp pain in it so it seems that standard barbell squats are out....I did my legs today and this is what I did.

HA HA awsome! I do a similar workout like this too. We add in a floor crawl . Thats where you literally drag yourself with your arms across the floor. Its an army crawl without using your legs. Of course you guys would get filthy doing that outside, we do it inside on astro turf.
