I myself have had a variety of knee problems. The only thing that ever seems to help (which sucks) is the R.I.C.E. method. Rest,ice, compression, elevation. MSM COULD work, but it'll be a long while before you feel the effects. For now, lay off of it and go to a doc.

I've used this stuff called Shen Min before. It's pretty good. Although if you're doing gear, it's not going to help much, but it still works alright.

I really don't think trib is going to do much for you post cycle. If it was a prohormone cycle, maybe (but I'd still pick 6-0X0 instead) that's just me.
