We do know meal frequency is BMR related, so yes - multiple meals will increase your rate. So I guess if you did increase your meal frequency you would also have to increase you cal intake even more.

That's very true. I used a totally different agenda last year and it didn't work at all. Ironically, the person who won my class used the same person's advice.
Being Spanish and Greek, I tan Tue, Wed & Thur and just pro-tan 2 coats Fri night.
I also run low dose accutane to prevent acne precontest, my skin is very dry as the protan goes on so much better on dry skin.

Drop the clen on Thur as it causes cramping via depletion of Taurine in the body. Taurine supplimentation will help, but if you are using diuretics you really need to drop the clen. You won't lose anyting but water from 2 days out anyway.
