Leg extensions 15, 4, 6, 8
Leg curls 15, 4, 6, 8
Calf raises 20, 20, 20
Day 5 Arms
Bicepss
Dumbbell bicep curls 15, 4, 6, 8
Dumbbell hammer curls...
