Yohimbe if you are not sensitive to stimulants such as caffine and also L-Arginine, which is also naturally found in garlic, so lots of Italian food.

If you are getting poor quality it may "repeat on you" as the old people say. Meaning you will burp and taste it or whatever so with a meal would be best. I take 3 in the am 3 sometime around lunch and like 4 before bed. I also use flax seed in all my shakes and put two tablespoons in my oatmeal.

Is this somewhat common? I have a bottle of tren ace and I noticed a floatie or two that weren't there when I bought it and they are same color as the stopper. Should I just do my best to avoid these or not take the chance and discard the bottle?
