Nothing really wrong with it and if it get's you to drink your 1.5 gallons of water a day, go for it bro!!! I do use it when transitioning out of a high cal or more laid back diet into a strict/cutting plan.

Gotta go straw/orange/banana. I use the single packets to flavor my waxy maize. Actually makes it taste good.

I love that stuff. Peach tea, lemonade, white tea w/ caffeine and fruit punch flavor makes me really feel like Im cheating. They're okay with vodka, not as good as real juice but you gotta do what you gotta do if you need a drink. Is the walmart brand a lot cheaper? I go through a ton of it.

i use pure dextrose bought in bulk with a little protein for my workouts. Crystal light is to expensive and doesn't give me the calories i want.

i'm not sure..i just know it's like a buck worth of crystal light for my size workout drink where what i use costs like 20 cents.
