What's HCG? Is it a compound, PCT, or diet supplement? What I found online was mixed between all of that & the drops I see in the stores. I'm not 100% on the lingo either such as "s e d 3 d" unless you mean every 3rd day.

I did lose a lot of the muscle/bulk I gained but the bodyfat loss was great as well. To get lean, I don't mind losing some of the muscle because as crazy as it sounds I can put on weight/muscle & increase strength A LOT...

I was somewhat exaggerating about the 3-4% bodyfat too.........I just meant I want to get really, REALLY lean....once I'm able to do that I'll be juiced with motivation because I'll finally be able to actually SEE all my muscles grow...
Everyone's replies are on point ....don't forget pre-made shakes (I keep fruit & shake/MRP in powder form with me at all times.....if I can't "make" a meal I can always find a water supply for the powder & eat a banana or apple....meal done!

Thanks for the run advice too - Masterone I've is 1 of the "others" I was considering....people have mixed feelings on the VAR but it did wonders for me I felt like but then again it was during weeks...
