Round Duece - Advice Appreciated

I've decided to go for Round 2 & love good advice. Hypothetically of course ;)

In the short time here I've learned a lot & gained some good advice & always appreciate more.

My stats are 33yrs old, 229lbs, 6'1", probably 305-315 (now) bench max, 405-445 squat max (now). Run 10 min miles w/o issue. I'm plenty strong but still carrying far to much bodyfat. I don't test it properly but my guess is around 14-22%. I want to tighten up & get back SOME of the 30lbs I lost since round 1. **MOST ADVICE NEEDED ON post cycle therapy (pct)**

I repsonded great on my last run to the Test Euth. (500mg weekly x 12 wks) & Var (100mg daily x 6 wks) but I think my post cycle therapy (pct) may have been weak 40mg Nova days 1-7, 20 mg days 7-14 & Clomid 50mg days 1-21. ***** **ADVICE NEEDED ON post cycle therapy (pct)*******

Hypothetically ;) here is my plan....500-600mg weekly Test. Euth x 12 weeks
500mg Masteron weekly x 12 weeks
100mg var daily weeks 6-12
0.5 mg Adex every 3rd day weeks 3-12

post cycle therapy (pct) = still a little unsure but thought of using the same as last time at 40mg Nova days 1-7, 20 mg days 7-14 & Clomid 50mg days 1-21.

I HATE my bodyfat so would it be wise for me to shed some more of that before starting?? I know I'd be pretty lean/tight around 210lbs. My diet is at least 50% better since the last run & will continue to improve daily!!

Also, should my training type change during post cycle therapy (pct)????

Any insight or suggestions PLEASE?????????

PS: I've learned to possess it ALL before starting (didn't last time but thankfully didn't get burnt).

your cycle looks good, extend the test a few more weeks

definitely get you bf below 16% before you start your cycle

my main concern is your diet. loosing 30lbs post cycle?? you need to get your diet in check. the fat can be controlled by diet and cardio. talk to 3J in the diet section

read the sticky about post cycle therapy (pct) on the main page. you can also run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) throughout cycle to make recovery easier

I did lose a lot of the muscle/bulk I gained but the bodyfat loss was great as well. To get lean, I don't mind losing some of the muscle because as crazy as it sounds I can put on weight/muscle & increase strength A LOT easier than I can lose bodyfat.

I raised my cardio and restricted my diet but still made sure to eat protein/carbs/low fats at least every 3 hours.
 
What's HCG? Is it a compound, PCT, or diet supplement? What I found online was mixed between all of that & the drops I see in the stores. I'm not 100% on the lingo either such as "s e d 3 d" unless you mean every 3rd day.
 
THANKS again fellas - I'm still working on getting this bodyfat off before I start. I'm going to post my start/results/finish when I do. I have a feeling this is going to be EPIC.
