SO....this is all hypothetical of course
I'm planning to go through my 2nd ever cycle & would like some guidance......
My Stats / style
33 yrs old
6'1
235 lbs. (now)
I'd guess 15-20% bodyfat - not sure???
Endomorph
Workouts / performance....
Bench up to 335lbs
Squat up to 405lbs & can beat that if I focused on it
Athlete growing up but with 2 exceptions always carried extra bodyfat & extremely frustrated w/ it.
Current workout 7 day split is 1 bodypart per week, run/cardio at least 3 x week
Chest/Tri, Back/Back, off/run, Shoulders/Abs & run, Legs, run, OFF/rest
*runs are med.-high intesity 2 miles
My 1st cycle ever ended on 1/1 and was as follows:
1) 500mg Test Euth. split 250mgs weekly for 12 weeks
2) 100 mg Var weeks 6-12
3) 0.5 mg Adex every 3rd day w/ 2 skips
4) 21 days PCT: at 40mg Nova days 1-7, 20mg Nova days 8-21, 50mg Clomid 21 days
$) Creatine, glutamine, vitamin, fish oil & Whey - lots of it. Oh, and Xenedrine/Jack3d/NOx for workout energy (1 at a time - NOT all 3 lol).
*I thought I'd be sensitive to the Test but everything seemed to work GREAT (I shed 10 lbs of shi* weight b/f I started to give me a boost of confidence & commitment to diet)....I thought I was light on my PCT dosages though I based on what I read but I went off what the local "expert" said alongside verifying his advice on here.
RESULTS: Gained 22lbs, crazy strength, & lost 1-2 inches (weight shift) in waist. Cons: Not defined
NOW: PCT ended 2/4 & I'm not starting again until April but DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE. I've continued to drop weight (bad weight too

I was thinking the same run but human grade instead of UGL test....however I've seen the cut mix & other things that seem enticing.....
WHAT I WANT: In a nutshell, I want to be lean....like CONTEST, running 6 minute miles, type lean......I don't care if I have to give up strength or even size because I KNOW I can re-gain lost muscle but don't want to lose the muscle without the guarantee of the low bodyfat %........sooooooooo here I am folks....everything on the table....I'm willing to do 6 meals, fine tune diet & try just about any compound for assistance but am conservative all in all.
WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT? Will I get good results if I stay on a fat burning diet & double up my protein intake?
Should I run test & var with the clean diet at all or consider the cut mix and scrutinize the diet?
