Rookie to the site, not to the gym: Needs advice

SO....this is all hypothetical of course :wiggle: I'm planning to go through my 2nd ever cycle & would like some guidance......

My Stats / style
33 yrs old
6'1
235 lbs. (now)
I'd guess 15-20% bodyfat - not sure???
Endomorph

Workouts / performance....
Bench up to 335lbs
Squat up to 405lbs & can beat that if I focused on it

Athlete growing up but with 2 exceptions always carried extra bodyfat & extremely frustrated w/ it.

Current workout 7 day split is 1 bodypart per week, run/cardio at least 3 x week
Chest/Tri, Back/Back, off/run, Shoulders/Abs & run, Legs, run, OFF/rest
*runs are med.-high intesity 2 miles

My 1st cycle ever ended on 1/1 and was as follows:
1) 500mg Test Euth. split 250mgs weekly for 12 weeks
2) 100 mg Var weeks 6-12
3) 0.5 mg Adex every 3rd day w/ 2 skips
4) 21 days PCT: at 40mg Nova days 1-7, 20mg Nova days 8-21, 50mg Clomid 21 days
$) Creatine, glutamine, vitamin, fish oil & Whey - lots of it. Oh, and Xenedrine/Jack3d/NOx for workout energy (1 at a time - NOT all 3 lol).

*I thought I'd be sensitive to the Test but everything seemed to work GREAT (I shed 10 lbs of shi* weight b/f I started to give me a boost of confidence & commitment to diet)....I thought I was light on my PCT dosages though I based on what I read but I went off what the local "expert" said alongside verifying his advice on here.

RESULTS: Gained 22lbs, crazy strength, & lost 1-2 inches (weight shift) in waist. Cons: Not defined :rant:

NOW: PCT ended 2/4 & I'm not starting again until April but DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE. I've continued to drop weight (bad weight too :))

I was thinking the same run but human grade instead of UGL test....however I've seen the cut mix & other things that seem enticing.....

WHAT I WANT: In a nutshell, I want to be lean....like CONTEST, running 6 minute miles, type lean......I don't care if I have to give up strength or even size because I KNOW I can re-gain lost muscle but don't want to lose the muscle without the guarantee of the low bodyfat %........sooooooooo here I am folks....everything on the table....I'm willing to do 6 meals, fine tune diet & try just about any compound for assistance but am conservative all in all.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT? Will I get good results if I stay on a fat burning diet & double up my protein intake?

Should I run test & var with the clean diet at all or consider the cut mix and scrutinize the diet?
 
Any suggestions are good.....I'll research everthing

plus I'm giving myself til April b/c I've learned "time on" should always equal "time off" to give my body time to reset.....

With the results, great feeling, and other benefits from the test I started feeling like I might have even been deficient...a buddy of mine went on his first cyle too and was afraid of aromatization and had some scares but I didn't seem to have any..

should I increase my dosages? Turn to cut mix or Tren (kind of intimidated by what I've read) or ????????????????

I need some help - keep in mind, I WANT MORE THAN ANYTHING TO BE AS LEAN AS POSSIBLE. If I could give it all up to get to 3% bodyfat (even temporarily) I would just so I could maintain without all the extra weight....I'd be much more likely to stay focused if I could actually see all my muscle gains!!

I say talk to 3j immediately!!! Thats gonna be the best money ever spent for your current goals. He WILL get you there. Cycling wise I would try to drop to about 12% bf before your start, use fat burners if you have to.

No steroid is gonna melt the fat off you, your gonna have to do that with diet. But Mast+test will make you look absolutely shredded once you get lean. And it's it'll add some muscle on through the cutting phase. This is what I would run.

test 600mg/wk 1-12
Mast 600mg/wk 1-12

You could throw var in there if you wanted, especially since you already have some experience with it.

Thanks for the run advice too - Masterone I've is 1 of the "others" I was considering....people have mixed feelings on the VAR but it did wonders for me I felt like but then again it was during weeks 6-12 were the height of my cycle.........
 
Over training during post cycle therapy (pct) is guys biggest failure. Your body is struggling just to survive and so damn easy to work your muscle off. At this point you can recover and bring back some muscle with "muscle memory". Just do one or two sets per body part/week.

I was somewhat exaggerating about the 3-4% bodyfat too.........I just meant I want to get really, REALLY lean....once I'm able to do that I'll be juiced with motivation because I'll finally be able to actually SEE all my muscles grow...


OVERTRAINING THROUGH PCT??? GOOD shi*, I've NEVER heard that before???

I thought by following my standard training regime I would maximize my strength rentention. I guess this is wrong???????

Either way, I'm was extremely happy with my results and I'm by a LONG SHOT still wayyyy stronger than I was before....actually, than I've ever been before!! That's what had me thinking that I might've been test deficient to begin with or something??? IDK.

I'm going to definitely follow the stack advice above if/when I decide to run again..(Mast / Test / Var) AND get at or below 12-13% bodyfat before I go for the gusto.

HOW DO YOU GUYS MEASURE YOUR BODYFAT? Calipers, electro-static handheld thing or what??? I heard underwater is the only true measurement but I don't have the money to spend on that (yet) but I guess I would if I actually believed I was lean enough for it to matter......
