    You should have 1.5 - 2 years of solid training and dieting to prove your consistency before you begin considering a cycle. You should put on a good quality 40lbs and stay around 13% bf to be ready. Just my opinion.

    I work out 6-7 days a week, weekdays I usually hit the gym in the evening and weekends whenever. The only days I take a break is if my body is physically exhausted and sore or on the rare occasions when I have some other activity that was pre planned.
