When do you work out and are you a weekend warrior!

Been working on railroad for 12 years. Most of the time like T said, I hit the evenings and blow off some steam. If I don't make my breakfast I will do a 4am workout. Having the proper food when you are in the middle of nowhere is hard sometimes. Cold food or spoiled, take your pick

Depending on how you keep you're food sealed, take some ice packs throw some protein bars in there and a few muscle milk juice boxes.

Eating food cold that is meant to be warm has to be the hardest thing for me, I work 12 hr shifts as well. So 4 meals cold gets really fucking hard to do sometimes. But, after doing it for many year one becomes quite the MacGyver of making gross cold food taste good, lol.

I worked as a tire tech and lifting before would cause me to be a
Little slower at work an lift if after work I was a bit weaker
I guess cutting volume down would help lucky me I have a desk job now
But I am looking to get into oil work on a rig as a floorhand
And it's 2 weeks in 2 off so tear the hk up your two weeks off and just get light work in on work rotation

I work out 6-7 days a week, weekdays I usually hit the gym in the evening and weekends whenever.
The only days I take a break is if my body is physically exhausted and sore or on the rare occasions when I have some other activity that was pre planned.

every day after work. not really crowded at the gym Im at, which is always nice. typically its 4-5x a week unless something takes me away for the day with work.

I train Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Saturday. I don't really lift weights I do BJJ and Muay Thai and some kettle bell work.

I work out Monday through Friday, about 40 minutes each day. I do it at around 9PM when they gym finally starts to become uncrowded. They are building a new place even closer to me that will be three times as large, so I will no longer have this problem...and it will have adequate parking. I do 20 minutes of cardio on Monday and Wednesday, on Saturday I run a 5k. I am down to 27mins 34secs for a 5k, not too bad for a 45 year old!

EDIT: I do have to admit it - I actually like plain white rice. I look forward to it as part of my post work out meal. :)

I d like to ask you ALL this question when your 50 plus. This week I will start again as having never ran tren successfully before..after 2- 3 when it was in me ( at 50 mg only x 3 a week) it was like a new state of being. Strength motivation and the gain s ( I know I am very low to average compared to you behemoths in terms of size) it was a almost like the first time I did real aas...not just the old d bol swell and piss away. It was fantastic but my joint s are so worn When I did 100 pd dumbbell s presses my shoulder s were failing, my elbow s were screaming with 60 pd curls.

Take it from an old guy ya ll take care of your connective tissues now of you to will be limited by what you can do vs what you want to. Ligaments take a LOT longer to catch up to the strength gain s you ll see from aas than your muscles. Miniscus cartlidge all will haunt you if your not careful and before you throw another plate on for that big single or triple think do I really want to wince when I sit down to crap ?

Were you microwaving tuna? Thats gross. :D

Eating it straight out of the can would never happen for me

. It's all wet and cold straight out of the can. I'd warm it up in the microwave then take some paper towels and dry it off (yes serious), then put it on top of some rice. I did notice if I put a bit of salt and pepper on it I was able to stand it a hell of a lot more.

It's funny when you read a thread like this, and then think about all of the people who have a million and one excuses for why they want to have a better body but can't find the time.

Bro, you gotta have a few screws loose to live like this, lol.

I should rephrase my oringinal statement to making cold gross food taste a tiny bit better. By no means is it good, hah.

I salute all you guy s doing shift work, eating out of coolers or food trucks etc. This is what pisses me off w the general public the media etc. They fail to give credit to those of you who want to look exceptional, hold down a job eat 5-6 time s a day..if it were just pin and grow everyone would do it.

Tuna in a can....no never again..even Albacore straight make s me gag almost. Louisiana hot sauce is like duct tape..universally fixes anything that is of questionable taste.

Halfwit..when I got my Master s ; same thing...unload mail truck s at 0400 class quick nap study, bounce bars on w ends...train 5 day s a week some x 2 when a comp was on the horizon. Ya ll enjoy that tuna..I m enroute to waffle house

I do feel bad for those of you who have to eat always on the run and cold food only. IT Desk jockey here, I suppose I have it easy.....

I have been at it 5 days a week for a while now Monday to Friday, I just find with working so much at the moment I like to keep my weekends for rest, but have been throwing in the occasional saturday if I feel like it. I like to train intense and get it all smashed out rather than try and stretch my training over more days (chest+tris and back+bis rather than arms on their own day) as at the end of the day rest = growth. However if I happen to miss a session during the week I just push the routine forward one day and come in on a saturday.

I used to eat everything cold too man, until I was eating some pasta and beef with a red sauce, holy fck, the heartburn I developed was almost impossible to get rid of. lol....it's a fcked up way of eating, but we do what we have too right? :)

bro when I went through the Academy, I ate a can of cheap tuna/cat food, I'm still not sure, a couple of cereal bars and a banana everyday lunch for 8 months, no shit. a grilled chicken burger, baked potato, and a water for supper from Wendy's every night. I can't even look at any of the above now...lol
that's what makes us different from most other people folks, we eat, we sleep and we lift heavy fucking weights so we not only live differently, but we look and feel differently. :)

I work 7 days in a row then I have 7 days off. When I work i am out of the house for 16 hours so needless to say most days the energy isnt there and I dont functiom good on 3-4 hrs of sleep per night and like you said the gym at that time is packed like a sardine can and that just annoys me. So, when Im working i try to get there twice for absolute certain. When I am off I will go 6 days, 3 on 1 off repeat. Id like to get to the gym more when I work but this is life so I suck it up and do what needs to be done.

so Schredder do you pretty much train 4 or 5 days on, and the same amount off? was thinking in your situation you must only divide your whole body into three say three parts total, you know like chest shoulders arms......etc??
just curious brother :)
