Raises blood pressure, causes ED, sleeplessness, it's a pretty "hardcore" stim in comparison to caffeine and other basic stimulants. The main reason it's banned in America is we have a lot of people who think "OMG one pill worked great. Two must work 2x better!".

I just don't see ephedrine as "dangerous" (assuming you're not a dumb ass and swallow an entire pack of 30+ pills). I guess you're more into being optimal - I simply wouldn't use syn as it's less potent than ephedrine and cost-per-overall result/progress syn is more expensive.
