As Rubberducky explained. The GI value of sweet potatoes are lower than normal ones ... thus it releases the carbs slower and keep your blood sugar levels more constant

Whole wheat pasta is brilliant ..... Between that and brown rice it is the only complex carbs I eat. But as mentioned be carefull with portion sizes

I'm currently doing a 10 week cycle with 400mg depotrone a week and 300mg deca and 75mg Winstrol EOD from my 6th week onward. I want to know if it will be wise to swap the 400mg Depotrone with 500mg sustanon for the last 5 weeks? Thanks

Hi, I asked for advice on another board and this is a responce I got ... "ALWAYS Nolvadex at 20-40mg / day when using test, ....." and "If your cycle is eg 12 weeks, at week 14 start clomid for 2 weeks. " Now for my question - Can I use clomid during my cycle or must I use the nolvadex?
