if your appetite shuts down try to switch to equi if possible. deca will give you good stregnth . equi will be hardness and quality muscle but not as high in stregnth.
post workout drink why not add another scoop of protein powder (how much protein per scoop?) some fruit or berries and some dextrose. wait an hour and eat a good high carb/ high protein meal. this is when your body needs those cals and protein and carbs. if you have too then trim your carbs...

go to colorie king you can see a lot there. for carbs try ,rice,yams,green leafy veggies. protein , eggs , (seafood), red meats (lean) and at least 2 shakes a day. also try dextrose in your post shake.
