    well mondays i do upperbody-bench(heavy),curls,200 pushups,abs tuesdays legs-squat(heavy),powerclean,run,abs wensdays upperbody-bench(burnouts),triceps,abs thursdays legs-squats(80%),leg press if possible,abs fridays abs,biceps,bleachers weekends off

    hey im a boxer im 6ft 175 and not getting any bigger i got a hold of two ampules of omnadren250 and was wondering if i could take those and be ok and see any results at the same time or should i just leave it alone
