I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. I'm 39 and am doing my first cycle since 1999. I think your cycle looks good, and will make a huge impact on just about every facet of your life in and out of the gym.
I would suggest adding 250iu of HCG twice a week and your cycle looks great...
User, you've been using LR3 for 19 months straight? Aren't you supposed to only use it for 4-5 weeks at a time with equal breaks in-between?
Or do you not think it is necessary to cycle it since you view it more as a shuttling agent rather than something that creates hyperplasia?

I'm basically doing (currently in week 4) the exact cycle User204 laid out, except I'm only taking 400mg Test E (200mg Mon and Thurs).
This is my first cycle in 12 years.
Do I really need to bump it up another 100mgs or am I ok?
