5 days a week..mon-chest(15-16 sets8-10 reps), tues-back(15-16 sets10-12 reps), wed-bi(8 sets8-10 reps)/tri(8-9 sets8-10 reps), thurs-legs(15 sets12-15 reps), fri-shoulders(9-10..for now8-10 reps). This seems to work well for me.. I feel a good pump throughout the week. I look alot more pumped...
