how many times a week do you work out?

There are many variables in how you train e.g. is your goal size or reduction of body fat, work commitments etc. At present I am working out 4 times a week split into two daily training sessions. 2 days heavy training legs and then chest and back. Two days training shoulders/cardio arms/cardio. I find this enables me to work at an intensity that maintains constant anabolism while slowly reducing body fat. When cutting I will add 2 extra days of cardio.

Im 26yers old, 245pounds, at 11-12% fat.

I train 3days a week heavy with a 4th possible ligth day on a cycle. And i take every 8-9th week of or do very ligth stuff.

Just cant believe someone would make good results training like that.

If your not over training your not training when you go in everyday.

I agree... MOST people over train
 
Massive can you give us some more info...what workout how many reps...I've never done push pull routine but I'm thinking about it...I'm starting a cycle with tren,anavar,test and want to train my butt off and it seems like your routine will alow me to do that!
 
For strength i do mon. Wed. Fri. Of powerlifting. For muscle gains mon. Tues. Thurs. Fri. High intensity medium volume. Constant training is ridiculous even on gear, rest is when you grow and increase strength! Good luck!
 
5 days a week..mon-chest(15-16 sets8-10 reps), tues-back(15-16 sets10-12 reps), wed-bi(8 sets8-10 reps)/tri(8-9 sets8-10 reps), thurs-legs(15 sets12-15 reps), fri-shoulders(9-10..for now8-10 reps). This seems to work well for me.. I feel a good pump throughout the week. I look alot more pumped and full, more dialated. I listen to my body more than anything. I'm in the weight room for no more than 1hr15min. Back when I was doing a mon/wed/fri split.. I didn't feel like I was getting a workout. Going back to 3 days a week for me would make me feel lazy(But I may try that after my 8weeks on. I'll take a week off and then come back mon/wed/fri..see how it works.. I have not tried that for quite some time. Might do me some good eh?). I'm doing cardio twice a week every other week, bulking phase right now, eating 5 times a day on average. I'm a light eater so getting that many meals in for me is quite an accomplishment...heh. Been doing good so far and have saw some awesome results and was a huge motivation after seeing what I weighed in at today. I'm looking forward to my next 8 week cycle after this one is up. Anyways.. time to sleep and build some muscle.
