okay i started my dc trainging got to admit i like the rapid sets
just some questions on back and quads it says not torest pause when doing back and quads so i guess that means what do as much as you can or just do three sets while increasing wieght pls help.
OKAY SO TODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY OF DC TRAINING I DID CHEST TRIS AND SHOULDERS. I FELT WIERD AT FIRST THINKING THIS WASNT GOING TO BE ENOUGH BUT 1 WAS IN THE GYM FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF (DID CARDIO AND ABS) im a little soar i like the dc system im going to give this routine a try. thanks.

okay then so gotta up the calories and protien right. ill continue doing my research and any suggestions on my diet what im i missing. what do u mean about training history wieght and reps or routine.

my diet consist of
6: am 3 egg whites, oatmeal
8:45 am protien bar or some peanut butter
11: am 2 cups of brown rice with some chicken,fish, or meat.
1:00 pm protein shake (tru mass by bsn)...
