Hi all. What has worked best for you when bulking (with gear)? 3-4x week, fullbody. 4x split, legs and abs, chest and tris, back and bis, shoulder and abs ( what I´m doing now) I´d also like to see your input on sets and rep ranges :)

I can ALWAYS get my hand on some test if I need, and this was going to be my backup plan 750-1000 mg test and 0,5 adex eod. Of course diet should be as clean as possible and that will of course be the plan.

Shes stopping the breast feeding, but still lactating like crazy, so she puts it in bottles for me to drink, if I want. I also sometimes get to drink it straight from the tit, it´s awesome :)
