A few tren/bulking questions....

Hi all.

I know it´s only June, but i´m already planing next autumn/winter bulk.
I´ve done 5 cycles so far, 500-750 mg test, in cycle 3 I added 350 mg tren ace to 750 mg test e. Won´t do that again, had more sides then i cared for.

5.11 feet
200 lbs
9-11% bf

I have 10 ml sust 250 and 40 ml tren ace 100 mg on hand. I´ve been reading a lot of stuff about how high tren and low test should result in less or almost none existing sides so that´s what I´m gonna try this autumn/winter

I have a few questions I would really appreciate getting answers to.

1. Should I run the tren 8 or 12 weeks, 8 weeks at 500 mg tren and 150 sust or 12 weeks at 350 ish, also with 150 mg sust.
2. Last time i ran tren i got mood swings, night sweats, insomnia etc... The bright summer nights here in Iceland did not help with the insomnia :( Last time I didn´t have any caber/prami. Will either one of those compounds help with aggression, night sweats and insomnia or are they just meant to prevent prolactin related gyno problems?
3. As this is the first time i´m gone bulk with tren, how effective is tren in minimizing fat gains in a big surplus kcal environment? And how clean does the diet need to be to achieve that? Diet plans are 4000-4500 kcal per day with the standard 40 40 20 macros.
 
I'd start with the lower dose tren (350mg) and gauge how you go. You can always bump it up if you can handle the sides.

A dopamine agonist won't help much with that, it only really deals with prolactin sides... Those are sides of tren. Although it may help mood somewhat and possibly sleep a bit too, just don't rely on it.

Tren is very effective at lean bulking. In fact, you can even be in a small caloric deficit (around 300cals below maintenance) and still grow whilst losing fat. One of the few compounds that increase feed efficiency. Bulking in a surplus you will probably still gain some fat, but tren should keep it to a minimum.

On tren you can be a bit more relaxed with your diet.. However the better your diet is the better the results will be, and why waste a tren cycle without maximising lean gains?
Most people do report less sides on high tren low test, but that doesn't mean you will definetely have less or none. Have a backup plan on hand in case you decide you need to drop the tren. Enough test for a good test cycle maybe.

I have no personal experience with either, but I believe caber is the better tolerated compound. Either will do the job though. It's good to always have it on hand in case of prolactin sides. You should note prolactin doesn't cause gyno - it will on exasperate it and cause lactation. E2 is the cause of gyno. Controlling your e2 can also help keep prolactin in range.

500cal surplus sounds great, you will blow up with minimal fat if your diets clean. I won't comment on going over 500cals though, as I have no experience with going over that or with tren.

If you want cleaner results clean up the diet more and adjust calories. 50/20/30 split is what I do when I want to tip the scales to leaner muscle gains.

Weeks
1-10 sets 250mg every week.
1-8 trend-ace 100mg every other day.
1-10 pram .5mg every 3 days
1-10 hug 500ius twice a week
1-10 adex .5mg every other day
10-16 aromasine 12.5mg every other day
10-16 clomid 25mg Ed

This is the simplest way to do this and best way. If you are trying to bulk another tip is you can run like 10 grams ooh creatine a day along with the cleaner diet.
 
Why would he need both adex and aromasin?

Tren is one of the few compounds that burns fat so no need to worry too much there, but you could also throw in some clen and keto at the end. You should definitely run a dopamine agonist and it won't help with all those other sides, but it will help with sleep. Also, the low test high tren should minimize sides. As stated above, definitely start with 350 and if you feel you need to them up the dose. Also, you should stick with a 500 cal surplus. Anything more will result in too much fatty gain even with tren.

Cycle looks good. Just stay safe and have everything you need on hand including a back up cycle.good luck
 
I will be doing my first bloodwork soon, i recently found a private clinic that provides that service. If everything is in check at the end of summer I´m good to go. Will also be doing one mid cycle and another at the end.

When I tried tren laste time, I ran low carb diet, and tbh wasn´t very pleased with the resaults. My weight loss stalled, I assume I was adding or dencing muscle fiber, but didn´t notice any dramatic fat loss vs cutting only on test. I also found out that low carb diet (which is usealy no problem for me) made my temper even worse.
I´ve read something about that tren will make it almost impossible to turn excess carbs into fat, it would just be burned of as extra energy through sweating and heating.

Don´t know how true this is, but if there is any truth to it, wouldn´t 40 40 20 macro split be more ideal?

I too have read this and was eating lots of carbs and still stayed lean and grew.
