Sorry to hear that I would get medical advise ASAP dont do benches all the time as it can lead to injury change the excises for the chest every 6 to 8 weeks hope you heal quick

IMO I would not train legs twice in the same day why ? personally I would train the upper body on your second section in the gym let the legs recover otherwise the routine looks ok good luck cheers GT
Welcome to the 50 club i would start with 2 days a week with light intensity training at first then go from there see how you feel then to 3 days a week do cardio each time you are in the gym keep your diet in check increase your protein intake reduce carbs to lose some weight good luck mate...
