42 year old Canadian bodybuilder, weight trainor, currently 6' 248 bf about 12%, but just into a cycle for leaning up.First cycle in ten years, but have been training for more than 25 years. Learned some things the hard way(injuries).Train around a bad shoulder, and bad lower back from years of training(stupid when younger) but have always and still do train heavy, hate light weights.skinny kid who hated it and now walk around about 240 at 6'. willing to help anyone who wants advice from experience.
