I'm about to have shoulder surgery in two weeks ( r.cuff) gonna be out of the gym for 4 to 6 months as far as upper body workouts go but I still wanna work my legs so I'm lookn for some input as if I should still do test (250) jus working my legs or should I stay off any input would be great
