have been lifting over a year now 4 days a week heaviest weights possible for me to lift was bita chubby teen so was easy to bulk turned fat to muscle and if i do say so myself pretty big now love looking in the mirror now have studied steroids for a while now have taking a cycle myself any questions ill do my best to help and reccomend sites etc , im a young teen i can bench 100kg 1 rep usually do 90 kg 7-8 reps, squat 175kg 7-8 reps can leg press over 300kg 8-9 reps there the main exercises,
