Started on 6/21 weighing 220. I weighed in today, 10 days later, at 227. When people say that winstrol doesn't cause much water retention, they must mean relative to other anabolic compounds. I'm definitely retaining water.

On top of my morning cardio, I'm thinking about adding a 20 min cardio session to bump up my metabolism later in the day. Waste of muscle building calories or effective fat burner?

I have the same situation, puffy nipples left over from puberty. If I get fatter, they get fatter. I lose weight; they get smaller. I also hold fat around my waist. Do you guys think letro would help me? If so, have you guys ordered from the sponsor site?

I can't help you out, but I can say that Costa Rica is a great place. San Jose is crowded, and the air tastes like diesel fuel, but once you get to either coast, it's a great place. The rastafarians on the east coast are a trip.

I'm using advil like crazy. This site is not like the glute. There is no lump. The whole muscle is inflamed. I've noticed that Winstrol (winny) seems to have a stimulant effect. I get really hot, and I can't get to sleep if I take it after noon.

I probably won't be able to update over the weekend, but the delt is still completely swollen, painful, mildly discolored and warm to the touch, but the warmth could very easily be from the swelling, so I'm not freakin out yet. I've got my eye on it, and I'm massaging it any chance I get.
