Best thing that I noticed that worked was the EC stack, Bronkaid (1 tablet), 200mg caffeine. I took the aspirin out of it because it was causing some problems with my stomach. I noticed to burn more calories and get a really good cardio session in when taking that. The only other thing is to get a diet that works for you and stick with it. I tried the keto diet and lost about 12 lbs while on that before I knew it. The further you get along, you must change and adapt your training and diet to get you to the next level.
I have tried a lot of fat burning supplements/products, but none really work. There is no magic pill. You gotta put in the work and be dedicated in mind and body to get there. I hope this helps some, and best wishes.
