    Torn rotator cuff, how to continue training?

    I have heard good things about TB500 as well. I would research/talk to a physiotherapist and come up with a rehab strengthening program and stick to it and see what you can do/work around it to get a good workout in. Best of luck!

    I had a shoulder subluxation a few moths back, sucked big time but really made me take time to focus and baby my shoulders and focusing on my rear delts more, I would look into face pulls, X's and Y's, and various versions of external rotation (I like laying down and cables)
