Hey guys , iv'e been getting some insane cramps in my abs and hamstrings and it only takes i set and of they go... ive read taurine and amino acids should help this... anyone had any experience with them??
IMO i dont think u can overtrain them.. my arms are still growing like weeds, i will keep training them until i get that huge pump swollen feel to them.
oh and i forgot to mention i like doing drop sets on the last set on every exercise on biceps.
wouldnt write them of as fakes ive had mates use what ever they can to get it through... and the no labels could be for a reason, if customs cant find out what it is they can not seize and fine you in most cases.
Definitely change the leg workout something like this:
Quads
legpress:8-15 reps
squats:6-15 reps
lunges
leg extensions: 8-15 reps
Hamstrings:
straight-legged deadlifts: 8-15 reps
lyin leg-curls:8-12
seated leg-curls:8-12
legs are one muscle people dont push hard enough not trying to sound...
If you cant keep training solid without it what makes you think you will on it... you'll be wasting your own time and money and gains will quickly disappear. Eat right and train hard for at least a year and you'll be surprised how quickly the gains come aas free... im not saying this because...
Ok here is the question.. i see alot of the bigger guys doing half reps, so my question is should i switch to half reps to target more on the chest as i feel the last half is more working the tricep and of course the proper technique not the ego technique...
opinions would be greatly appreciated
