    overtrained bicep - look at it

    IMO i dont think u can overtrain them.. my arms are still growing like weeds, i will keep training them until i get that huge pump swollen feel to them. oh and i forgot to mention i like doing drop sets on the last set on every exercise on biceps.

    If you cant keep training solid without it what makes you think you will on it... you'll be wasting your own time and money and gains will quickly disappear. Eat right and train hard for at least a year and you'll be surprised how quickly the gains come aas free... im not saying this because...

    Half rep benchpress question..

    Ok here is the question.. i see alot of the bigger guys doing half reps, so my question is should i switch to half reps to target more on the chest as i feel the last half is more working the tricep and of course the proper technique not the ego technique... opinions would be greatly appreciated
