Deadlifts are great..really stretches the back.
But what I want to know is...
What's the proper way to deadlift?
I only know StiffLeg..
any ideas?
And does deadlift affect the entire back or just the lower?

Hello guys! I was looking at some BB champions and was wondering...are abs really difficult and boring to train?
I mean, look at Arnold and Boyer for example.
They have great physiques...but how about their abs?
Gets me wondering why they only have 4 abs....seriously, right?
Or does that depend...
I don't do flys anymore, lets....
but when I was still overtraining, I'd say15-20 pounds per dumbbell.
Now, I only do dips and pullovers bec I saw it hits my chest really hard.
Before I came here, I used to do a lot and I MEAN A LOT of chest workouts. BUt now I break it down to only 2.

I recently had a prob...
when i do dips, usually, my left lower middle section hurts like hell...
I could clearly see a huge vein there...really weird...
it only hrts when I do dips...and usually, I feel my left chest more pumped than the right.....
any comments?
I also had an embarssing moments in gym.
One time, I was working out a dumbbell press of 80 pounds(per dumbbell) then suddenly, my left arm gave up and I almost drop the freaking 80 pound dumbbell on my face. Luckily, it landed beside my head...:)
all the people there didn't mind me and that's...
when I took a week off...my appetite grew and was eating like no tom.
before I rested, my chest was 36...after I rested, it measured 38.5
and my other muscles grew..
for me, every 3 months of training, take one week off or more(depends) and kick in with lightsets...

Yesterday, I worked my chest and found out something.....
pullovers really hit my chest. It just blows up, ya know..
not that I don't do pullovers, but it never affected my chest that same way it did now. Till now, my chest is still pumped up...
can I do dips and pullovers...
if the judges are looking for symetry and proportion, that would be Arnold.

that would be Ronnie.
But still, Arnold would win. Good separations, tight waistline, and your ideal bodybuilder.
