It sounds like you should have done a lot of research before starting... but what is done is done.. i rec waiting 2-3 weeks and doing nolva for 4-5 weeks. 40mg 2 weeks, 20mg 2-3 weeks. if you can, HCG the last few weeks leading up to, but not into PCT. also i would rec the test min 12-14...

estrogen and other blood factors play a big role in boners... I dont think you should be using aas at all tbh..

never had to donate blood , but my diet differs from most. I agree with others take bloods day of shot, before shot, or atleast just day before. also dint train heaver right before blood work. maybe even take whole 24h off before shot. also might need low dose AI. I dont get how Estrogen is not...

good advice. or try lower doses of AI than you have in past

nolva is not an AI... it does nothing tostop formation of estrogen building up in body. it does block it in your nips... but an AI is what i rec
