    Painfull forearms

    used to have the same problem when doing EZ bar curls with heavy weight. Switched to DB's for a few months, pain gone. Now I can do EZ bar curls with no pain. I know what you're feeling, it SUCKS!! Mine didnt hurt until I let go of the bar. ??

    Not to hijack, but what is better, Sumo or Conventional? After a few sets of conventional my shins a raw! ...also my forearms rub on my knees/legs and rub them raw. ??

    Ok, been doing deads for some time now. Doing a 5x5 routine; warm up with 135 for 10-15, then 225, 275, 295, 315, 315. Also doing DB shrugs on shoulder day for 3x10 with 110's... My traps seam to be thicker, but not much taller. Going for this look... I'm definitely getting stronger as most...

    I also do Upright rows when training shoulders, and Bend over BB rows on back day... never heard of the farmers walk??
