Quick update: an hour before gym, pinned 0.75ml in bum with warmed up syringe and held hot water bottle at my cheek for about 10 minutes until it went bright red. I will see if lowering dosage and heating the shit up will help with pain, in case any1 interested, so will update tmrw when I will...

thanks man, the jab however is in between those 2 red patches on my leg and its not visible from the picture. 2 red patches are the 2 swollen points. Have no idea how it got that far from injection site lol
