spring water means it went from the source to the bottle, maybe a sediment filter reversed osmosis water would probly work but wouldnt stay good for long just get some bac water like someone already said its cheap

Hey man Im a hardgainer to and used to think like that. Try incresing the weight a little and decreasing rest periods. Also try going to a 4 day program. Variety is a huge thing to consider as well, nothing worse than a stale workout.

Hes right you need more test. Your deca doseage is mild as well. 2mgs per lean pound, so for you 300-400
